Take note of the following essential points for the Courier Franchisee.

  1. Franchisee  will require at least 100 square feet of commercial space for you.
  2. Franchisee -HUB You will need at least 200 square feet of commercial space for the hub.

  1. Sub-Franchise: There is no need to register a company to take a sub-franchise. Here you can work as an agent. You can do these services together with your near franchise. You can do this work from your home also.

Whatever courier booking you will do here, you can work by depositing it in your nearest franchise. You will not have to contact any franchisee for the commission you will get from the direct company.

  1. Franchise: To avail the franchise you do not have a gst registration requirement initially, but you will get gst registration required if you have more than three lakh monthly billing.

For this you must have a shop or any commercial space so that a customer can visit you easily.

  1. Franchise-Hub: To get a franchise-hub, you must have GST registration. Here you have the responsibility of collecting courier of all the courier agency of 20 KM radius of whole city or your branch and bundling of delivery location wise courier.

Here, incoming and out going is done through the Postal code wise disposal hub of all type couriers. Therefore, you will get a fixed commission on the booking of all courier franchise. Here you will also be responsible for collection of courier booking. You can open many franchise in your area, and by collecting its benefits, you can make a better income.

There should be at least 300 square feet of space for the hub. If you look from the customer point, then you should have presence in the commercial area.

Hub Fees

The details of the fees for the hub are as follows. This amount is not refundable, along with the annual renewal fee is determined separately according to your annual income.

For example, you can understand like this. If the company is giving you a monthly income of 2 lakh, it is 12x2 = 24 lakhs in a year. So the company will charge you an annual renewal charge of 24 / 12x2 = 4 lakhs.

The starting fee for Metro City is 2,50,000 rupees which may also vary from area to area.

Work in the state capital will be charged 2,50,000 Rupees.

In a small town, these fees will have to be paid up to 2 lakh.

The work for the hub in the village area will have to be paid up to 1.5 lakhs.

  1. You will not have to pay any joining fees or franchise fees to the company to take the courier franchise. The entire franchise fee is waived for one year, this offer has been given for some time. In future, the franchise fee for Metro City will be Rs.1.5 lakh. You will have to pay a franchise fee of Rs 1 lakh for other city and Rs 50,000 for the rural area. Currently it’s free for offer time only.
  2. Right now, you only have to invest agreement fees (between 3000 to 5000 rupees), your office setup cost, the cost of promoting your agency in your local area, a computer and printer. If you understand Approx, then if you have a computer to start an agency, then it can cost up to 20,000.

If you take a franchise hub license, then you have to pay some extra cost like company registration to your CA, if you start a proprietorship company then only 1000 to 1500 fee will be paid to you. But if you get your private limited company registered, then you may have to your CA spend around Rs. 8000 to 12000 rupees separately. For Hub license, you can work from the proprietorship company itself.
