The Code of Conduct for the Direct Selling Agents/DSA roles is a non-statutory code.

1. Applicability
Code of Conduct for DSA’s should be accepted and included as a part of DSA Roles Agreement between Banks and DSA This Code will, therefore, be applicable to all the person employed by DSA who would be involved in marketing and distributions of the services of banks and financial institutions. Failure to adhere with this requirement may result in permanent termination of the business tie-up of the DSA with Banks and may even lead to permanent blacklisting by the industry.

2. Tele-calling a Prospect (a prospective customer)
Contact a Prospect only when:
A prospect has expressed his/her desire to take a product via bank’s internet site/branch/call center or has been referred by another prospect/client or through the Relationship manager, or is an existing customer of the bank who has given acceptance for receiving calls for the other products of the bank.
The DSA will not contact those prospects for next 3 months who have denied for the offerings.

3. When you may contact a prospect on a telephone
Contacting the prospect must normally be limited to working hrs. DSA should ensure that he will only call when the call is expected to inconvenience him/her.

4. Can the prospect’s interest be discussed with anybody else?
Prospect’s privacy should be the first priority of DSA. The interest of the prospect is generally discussed only with the prospect If the prospect has authorized any other individual/family member /spouse/accountant/secretary can be contacted.

5.Leaving messages and contacting persons other than the prospect.
DSA should call to the prospect only. When the prospect is not available, a message may be drafted for him/her. the objective of the message should be to get the prospect to call back or to check for a convenient time to call again, formatting of the message should be as:
Please leave a message that AAA (Name of officer) representing XXX called and requested to call back at ZZZ (phone number)”.

6. No misleading statements/misrepresentations permitted
The DSA will not
misguide the prospect on any offered service/product.
falsely represent themselves, misguided about the bank and financial institution.
make any fake promises on behalf of the bank and financial institution.

7. Telemarketing Etiquettes

Pre-call
Do not make prior to 0930 to 1900hrs.
No serial calling
No calls on the flagged numbers, identify the do not disturb numbers.

During call
DSA should identify himself/herself
Seek a permission to proceed
Do not force if denied rather apologize and firmly disconnect
State the valid reason for the call
Never   interrupt or argue
Talk in the language that is most comfortable to the prospect

If the prospect plans to buy the product
reconfirm next call and visit details.
Provide their telephone no. if asked by the customer
Thank the customer for his/her time.

Post call
Never call for next 3 months to those prospects who denied the offering.
Never call those customers who already have enrolled in the same service you are offering

8. Gifts or bribes
DSA must not accept any kind of bribe or gift offered by the prospect. he must inform about this with the management.

9.  Visits/Contacts Precautions:
DSA should:
Respect the personal space of prospect
not enter the prospects office/residence without his/her wish
not visit in groups
Respect prospects Privacy
Maintain professional distance

10. Appearance & Dress Code
DSA must dress properly:
For men:
Ironed trousers
ironed shirt, shirt sleeves preferably down
For women
Ironed formal attire, Saree, Suit etc
Good appearance

11. Handling of letters & other communication
DSA should follow the prescribed format for business-related communications.

General Agreement

Term and Condition for DSA Registration: Our 3 business offer is for the new DSA partner which is as follows.

  1. Here you are given the DSA code for the loan.
  2. Here you are also being given a license for Transport’s, ticket booking agency and business development partner.
  3. Here you will also be given a license for courier. In the initial phase, here you will be given DSA code of loan and transport. And soon you will be given approval of courier also.

Let us understand how you can work with us in loans and transport?

A. Loan Services: To work in the loan, you will be given the necessary training and the necessary information from you. Here you cannot accept any payment from any customer. Whichever customer gives you the file, you have to take care of the complete confidentiality of the file. So that there is no loss of the file and profile of the customer.

A.1. Here you can get both secured and unsecured loans. You will be given a c panel to place the file. Through which you will be able to set your file. Here, you have to educate the customer that the customer should not share a file with too many people, due to this their CIBIL score will also be down and your hard work will also be in vain.

A.2 We will request you to login only the appropriate file, for this, after consulting your senior officer, you should login to any file.

A.3 No fee is to be paid for those unsecured loans, but in the secured loan, the customer has to pay login fees, legal fees and some such fees for the customer to login the loan. In this, it is worth noting that if the loan of a customer is not approved for any reason, then no fee is refunded to that customer. So we will request our DSA partner that you must tell all these conditions to your customer, so that you do not face any further trouble.

A.5 In secured loans, we can login loan file up to 600 Cibil score, but in unsecured loan, only file above 700 can be logged here.

A.6 On cash income, we can only log the file of the secured loan, but can not login un-secured. For loan documents and other information, please visit our page.

A.7  Here, you can generally log files of any city across the country. Our pay out ranges from 1% to 3% for unsecured loans. Our payout for  Secured Loans ranges from 0.50% to 1.5%. They have a slab which you will find its details on the payout page. These payouts also vary from time to time, so check our payout page to know the correct rate running in the current.

B. Lets understand Policy of Transport DSA:

Here, you can work as a transporter and ticket agency and business development partner or (C-DSA as a Corporate DSA). Each work has a different policy. Let’s understand this.

B.1 Transporter Policy: Here, as a transporter partner with us, you can work easily on your commercial vehicle.

B.1.1 Commercial permit, registration, insurance, pollution, driver’s or owner’s driving license will be required for this.

B.1.2 If you are an operator, you will have to upload your KYC (Aadhar Card, PAN Card, Voter ID, Address Proof, Police Verification Copy) and cancellation check along with all your vehicle documents, along with your paper’s self-attachment. You have to give a hard copy of it.

B.1.3 If you are an operator, you can add two drivers in your car by giving kyc, photo, driver license, address proof and police verification documents of two drivers.

B.1.4 To work here, you will be attached for free. There will be no need to pay any fees for this.

B.1.5 If you are a cab operator or owner, then after account activation, you will have to recharge at least 1500 rupees in your wallet according to every car so that the company can give you work. This valet balance is also necessary because more order cash delivery comes, in which case the company can deduct its commission from the wallet. By keeping the balance in the wallet, your service will continue to be available. Your service will be hold as soon as the balance below 1500 in your wallet will work. Therefore, you keep your minimum balance updated.

B.1.6 Here, if an order comes by full payment or part payment, then the company will deduct its commission and update the payment in wallet as soon as it is completed in your ride. This amount will first be updated in your wallet, after that every day a deducted from the wallet will be transferred to your bank account.

B.1.7 If you want to update the insurance next year, to update the address, to get another driver to be advertised or to change something else, then the company can also charge you, it will be on the current policy or at that time will be decided.

B.1.8 For any booking done here, the invoice will be generated by your name. Transporters will be responsible for their tax ability. We will issue an invoice of the service we provide to the transporter. The GST or any other tax will have to be billed by the direct customer to the transporter. We will do our billing with the transporter. Transporter have also authority for rate design as your policy.

B.2 Understand the policy of the ticket agency  company:

For its activation, you will have to give your address proof. For this, it is not compulsory to have a live registration. Here, the payout of all the bookings you make will be updated immediately after delivering directly to your Wallet customer. Its payout will be updated in your bank account every three days from your wallet. They have the following conditions, whose information is being given to you below.

B.2.1 For working with us, you will be given a c-panel, through which you can submit the complete details of the order booked daily, which the company will pay you for on its own.

B.2.2 We will also give you some coupon codes from time to time, through which you can keep your cash commission with you through the code of taking the entire payment from the customer, for which you will not have to claim in the company. . This will save the company’s time  and of your time.

B.2.3. If you place an order on cash delivery, in this case the company will update your commission in your wallet after the delivery of the customer. For this, you will have to submit the entire day of booking and order bill in the panel till Evening.

B.2.4 If you are unable to submit the bill for any reason, then you can also inform your senior through WhatsApp, call or email, so that he can help you.

B.2.5 Do not give any wrong information to the customer, so that there is any inconvenience to the customer or driver, this can also lead to your down business down, and the branding of the company can also be effected. For this the company can also punish you in dispensed cost and legal issue.

B.2.6 Under the Privacy Policy, you cannot make any promotional offer to a customer through the company’s Sender ID, or Company Email. From your own sender id, your own email, own phone number, and personally you can approach from own source only. You must know that TRY has made some laws for business promotion, only under this you can promote yourself. TRY can punish you if you ignore the policy which has been made by TRY.

B.2.7 For your information, tell us that the company is the medium of an agreement, which works to connect the customer with a transporter and other agency, here the company will not be responsible in any other issue. Just like you are deducting tickets here, there is no legal confirmation of your customer’s travel. Similarly, when a booking is made by you or direct customer, the company forwards the order to the transporter or other agency. That agency serves them.

In which the invoice is also generated by the name of the same company. Therefore, the service provider has full responsibility for their gst return and other legal issues.

B.2.8 Here, whatever commission you will be given will be given by deducting TDS, in which you can fill the ITR return.

B.3 Let us understand the responsibility of Company franchisee or  (C-DSA) and company policy.

B.3.1 Is your most responsible role here, through your work you are on the strong link between all agency and company.

B.3.2 Whatever the agency like: transporter, ticket seller or courier, the business, training, hiring and payment issues of all of these you have a full responsibility of the business development agency or if you are the corporate DSA.

B.3.3 Overview or issue of whatever agency will do the ticketing or traveler, you will have to check and make the agency aware. You also care and responsive with respect to his payment, thus the agency will get  commission as soon as possible.

B.3.3 You will be given a payout of 1%  on every transaction pay such as transport and courier. Suppose 10 agency is inside you and they book 2 lakhs every month, and the transporter is also connected by you, then your commission total is 2 lakh x 2 x 10 agency = 40 lakh x 1% = 40,000 in this way. If you have 100 agency connected, then in the same way if an agency has done 2 lakh work, then its calculation will be like this. 2 lakhs x 2 (ticket agency and transporter) x 100 (agency) = Commission  4 lakhs monthly.

B.3.4 Every payment will be made after deducting TDS. You will be responsible for every agency from joining to training and in future billing.

B.3.5 will depend on each policy agency. To increase the agency’s business and promote them, you have to motivate them.

B.3.6 To activate your code, your KYC, photo and address proof is required, there is no need to give you any payment for taking the agency.

B.3.7 Important Responsibility of Corporate Code: You have to add Transport Agency, Ticket Agency, Loan Agency and Courier Agency. They will have full responsibility for training, billing and promoting their service.

B.3.8 If you do any other work other than Corporate DSA like ticket booking, transport or other work, then you have to follow the policy according to that work.

B.3.9 At present, the policy of transport, loan, ticket booking agency is being given to you, courier policy will be given soon.

General Policy for all agency

The company is authorized to change all these policies in future. The company will be authorized to send new offers to your number.

Your office and your contact number, email id, company will be authorized to appear as their company franchise.

Any customer and agency of our company will be authorized to visit your address. And you will be responsible for giving them the company’s products and services, you cannot deny them for any help.
